Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms of Use shall apply to the following cases

1. 1.These Terms of Use shall apply to all services provided through the Service.
2. 2.The user of the Service is deemed to have accepted all of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.

Article 2: Prohibitions

In using the Service, you shall not engage in any of the following acts

1. 1.Acts that violate laws and regulations or public order and morals
2. 2.Any act related to criminal acts
3. 3.Acts that destroy or interfere with the functioning of the Company's servers or network
4. 4.Actions that may interfere with the operation of our services.
5. 5.Actions that impersonate another customer.
6. 6.Actions that directly or indirectly provide benefits to antisocial forces in relation to our services.
7. 7.Other acts that we deem inappropriate.

Article 3: Customer Responsibility

The customer assumes the following responsibilities in using the Service

1. 1.You shall use the Service of your own volition.
2. 2.You shall be responsible for the content of any information that you register yourself.

Article 4: Deletion of Information

The Company may restrict your use of all or part of the Service or delete your registration as a customer without prior notice in the following cases

1. 1.If a customer violates any of the provisions of these Terms of Use.
2. 2.When it is found that there is a false fact in the registration information
3. 3.In any other cases where the Company deems the use of the Service to be inappropriate.

The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by you as a result of any action taken by the Operator pursuant to this Article.

Article 5: Use of the provided information

The Company may use the information provided by the customer in the following cases

1. 1.The Company and its affiliates may contact you by e-mail, direct mail, postal mail, telephone, etc. when providing the Service.
2. 2.The Operator shall be deemed to have granted you the right (including the right to sublicense) to use (including reproduce, publish, transmit, distribute, transfer, lend, translate, and adapt) the information that you have registered yourself, excluding information that identifies you personally such as your name and address, free of charge and on a nonexclusive basis in Japan and abroad. In addition, you shall not exercise any moral rights.

Article 6: Handling of Personal Information

Please review the "Privacy Policy" (collectively, the "Privacy Policy") regarding the handling of personal information on the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have accepted said Privacy Policy.

Article 7: Change of Service Contents

The Company may change the contents of the Service or discontinue providing the Service without notice to the Customer and shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the Customer as a result of such changes.

Article 8: Suspension-Termination of Service, etc.

Yours truly reserves the right to suspend or terminate the Service, in whole or in part, without prior notice to you, for any of the following reasons

1. 1.Maintenance, inspection, or updating of computer systems related to the Service.
2. 2.In the event that provision of the Service becomes difficult due to force majeure such as earthquake, lightning, fire, power outage, or natural disaster.
3. 3.In the event that computers or communication lines, etc. are shut down due to an accident
4. 4.In any other cases in which the Company deems it difficult to provide the Service.

The Company shall not be liable for any disadvantage or damage incurred by you or any third party as a result of the suspension or interruption of the provision of the Service, regardless of the reason.

Article 9: Disclaimer

Our company's liability for default shall be excused if it is not due to our company's intent or gross negligence.
Even if our company is liable for any reason, it shall be liable only to the extent of damages which may normally be caused.
Our company is not responsible for any transactions, communications or disputes arising between you and other customers or third parties with respect to the Services.

Article 10: Mail delivery

This service allows you to publish mail magazines and distribute information about services operated by affiliates in our company and our company.

Article 11: Changes to the Articles of Incorporation

Our company may change these Terms at any time it deems necessary without notifying you.

Article 12: Prohibition of assignment of rights and obligations

You may not assign or pledge your position in the User Agreement or any right or obligation under these Terms to any third party without our company's prior written consent.

Article 13: Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement, as well as the Guidelines, Privacy Policy and your relationship with Jade FOREX, shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of our company. The laws of your country of residence do not apply. In the unlikely event of a dispute between you and our company, we will first try to resolve it through mutual discussion, but if that is difficult, we will agree to use the courts of our company operating state.
