Withdrawal
Easy and Speedy Withdrawals
At Jade FOREX, all transactions are protected by SSL encryption, allowing you to securely deposit funds into your trading account. Deposits can be made 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can also choose from various deposit methods such as international bank transfer, domestic bank transfer, and Crypto currency(Tether).
The Withdrawal procedure is quite simple. Please log in to the Client Portal and go to "Funds Management - Withdrawal" and select your preferred withdrawal method. However, before you withdraw funds, you must register your information on the "Withdrawal Information Registration" page of the Client Portal, upload your identification documents, and obtain authorization. If you are not sure which withdrawal method is right for you or how to proceed, please feel free to contact us via e-mail or form. Our support system is ready to answer your questions promptly.

Upload documents for identity verification
Before making a withdrawal, you must register your withdrawal information on the "Funds Management - Withdrawal Information Registration" page of the Client Portal and upload the required identification documents from the "Customer Information - Identification Documents Registration" page. 3 types of identification documents are required: ID, proof of address, and selfie. However, please note that you will need to resubmit the documents if they are not clear or legible, or if they are not valid or within the required period of time.
Identification documents
- Driver's license
- Passport
*For passports, one page showing the applicant's photo and one page with the applicant's address must be submitted.
For driver's licenses, one copy of the front and one copy of the back of the driver's license.
Proof of Address
- Certificate of residence
- Utility bill
- Bank or credit card company billing documents
*Must be all pages issued within the past 3 months.
Selfie
- Selfie with identification held next to the face
If you would like to open a corporate account, please contact us. You will need to submit a certified copy of the company, ID card of the representative, selfie, and proof of address.
Notes on Withdrawals
- In compliance with the Anti-Money Laundering Law, we do not accept withdrawals to third parties other than the customer holding the account.
- If you withdraw funds in a currency other than the currency of your trading account, the funds will be exchanged at our standard exchange rate.
- If you wish to withdraw funds from an account in which you are trading (holding a position), please close the position before proceeding with the withdrawal procedure.
